Thank you for shopping with us! Every item is created with care after your order is placed. We want you to be happy with your purchase.

Made-to-Order Products Because our mugs, tumblers, T-shirts, decorative pillows, neck pillows, and keychains are made to order, we generally do not accept returns or exchanges for changes of mind after production has begun.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at honeybearc.shop@gmail.com.

Include your order number, a description of the problem, and photographs when possible.

We will review your concern and provide an appropriate resolution, which may include a replacement or refund at no additional cost.

Order Cancellations Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to cancel an order. Cancellations may be accepted before production begins.

Production and Shipping Please allow 3–5 business days for production before shipping. Shipping transit times are additional and vary by destination and service.

Refund Processing Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Your payment provider determines when the funds appear in your account.
